Content, designs, strategies, and marketing materials created by SMM H Aim remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While we apply proven marketing strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific results such as increased sales, leads, followers, engagement, or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and others. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, account suspensions, or other actions taken by these platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMM H Aim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
